KyloGlow offers premium cosmetics and skincare products. All product listings, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

Product colors may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display settings, lighting, and individual monitor calibration.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept PayPal and Venmo as payment methods. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

KyloGlow reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. KyloGlow offers free standard U.S. shipping on orders over $40. Promotional pricing, discount codes, and gift card balances cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Prices are subject to change. We are not obligated to honor pricing errors or typographical mistakes.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. KyloGlow is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from KyloGlow passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

KyloGlow wants you to love your purchase. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us at support@kyloglow.com within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. Final sale items are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on kyloglow.com — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, and the KyloGlow brand name — is the exclusive property of KyloGlow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. User Accounts & Rewards

You may create an account to access rewards, track orders, and manage preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KyloGlow reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Rewards points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. KyloGlow may modify or discontinue the Rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
