Processing

Under our Shipping Policy, orders are typically processed the same business day after purchase. Upon shipment, we email confirmation and tracking information.

Delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after processing, depending on the delivery destination.

Orders are primarily shipped through USPS or UPS. The carrier may vary by delivery destination, service availability and the shipping option selected for your order.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect the expected delivery schedule.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email support@kyloglow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will assist you with your order.

Returns & exchanges

At KYLO GLOW, we value your satisfaction. Our Refund Policy explains return eligibility, refund procedures and foundation shade replacements.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility requirements include:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  

How to Request a Return

Email support@kyloglow.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for returning them. Our team will provide return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on these:

• Opened or used beauty products. If your foundation shade is unsuitable, The Shade Promise below provides a replacement, whether or not you have opened the original bottle.
• Items marked as Final Sale
  

The Shade Promise

Choosing a foundation shade online can be difficult. If your shade does not match, we provide another shade free of charge.

The Shade Promise provides a replacement instead of a return. You keep your original bottle, even if it has been opened. The Refund Policy exclusion for opened beauty products does not apply to foundation shade replacements.

Email us at support@kyloglow.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and one photo showing the foundation shade on your face. The photo must be taken in daylight without a filter. This allows our team to assess the shade accurately and select an appropriate replacement shade for you.

We ship the replacement to your original order’s delivery address.

One foundation shade replacement per customer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For damaged or incorrect items, KYLO GLOW covers the return shipping cost.
