We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping Rates

• Standard U.S. Shipping — $6.00 on orders under $40
• FREE Standard U.S. Shipping on orders of $40 or more

Processing

Orders are typically processed the same business day after purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery

Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after processing, depending on the delivery location.

Orders are primarily shipped via USPS or UPS. The carrier may vary depending on destination, service availability, and the shipping option selected for the order.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at support@kyloglow.com with your order number and details of the issue, and our team will assist you.

Returns & exchanges

At KyloGlow, your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it better.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  
  
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
  

How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@kyloglow.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason. Our team will respond with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used beauty products. If your foundation shade is wrong, see The Shade Promise below, which covers you whether or not the bottle has been opened.

The Shade Promise

Foundation is hard to buy online. If the shade you ordered is wrong on you, we send you another one free.

This is a replacement, not a return. You keep the original bottle, and it does not matter that you have opened it, so the exclusion on opened products above does not apply to a shade replacement.

Email us at support@kyloglow.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and one photo of the shade on your face. Take the photo in daylight and do not use a filter, because that photo is how we pick the next shade properly rather than guessing at it twice.

The replacement ships to the address on your original order.

One replacement per customer, foundation only.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to process.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll cover the return cost.
